YOUR FINANCIAL PRIVACY IS TOP PRIORITY AT D.T. & I. EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION

It is our intent to protect your privacy while providing the best financial services that meet your needs.  This may necessitate that we share information about you to provide you with certain financial opportunities.

We collect personal nonpublic information from the following sources:

• Through information provided by you on applications and other forms
• Through information provided on credit reports
• Through information obtained from financial transactions
• Through information received from third parties to verify information you provided to us

We may share information when necessary to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations of our credit union, follow instructions as you authorize, protect the security of our financial records, or as otherwise required by law.

We may disclose information we collect to companies that perform marketing or other services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.  To protect our members’ privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protection and limit the use of information we provide.  We do not permit these companies to sell to other third parties the information we provide to them. 

We restrict access of nonpublic personal information to those staff members that require it to carryout their business duties.  Our staff is educated regarding the importance of preserving the confidentiality of your information.  We utilize procedures that prevent unauthorized access to your information. 

If you terminate your membership with the D.T.& I Credit Union, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted or required by law.
